Omar Khan and Tanvir Singh, both 18, allegedly broke into Tesoro High School and used teachers' passwords to revise their own and other classmates' grades, replacing Cs and Fs with As.

Khan is also accused of stealing tests before they had been given and installing software on the school computer network so he could access it remotely.

He has been charged with 69 counts including stealing and altering public record, burglary, identity theft, computer hacking and fraud. He could face up to 38 years in jail.

His alledged accomplice, Tanvir Singh, has only been charged with 5 counts and could be sentenced to 3 years.
